So this one is dead? A shame was really good Isekai if

Hope you keep updating this despite whatever troubles you're having with the CoG forums.  Having fun so far!

Sorry if this disappoints you, but I'm not sure to be honest. The blatant disrespect and complete disregard they displayed has rubbed me the wrong way.

Not to mention the attitude of the mob being enabled by the very moderators claiming CoG forums is a safe place of acceptance and understanding and all that stuff. After seeing all that hate that had built up, with even people new to the conversation jumping in to throw a couple punches, it feels more like a bandit hideout to me now.

I don't want to be a part of something like that... I can't pretend to not be affected, it made me sick. That kind of blind trust people show to others openly supressing another group is a part of my daily life, it's so real I can't even joke about it.

However hard I look, it looks like this whole thing was just an elaborate circlejerk on their part. Despite what they claimed, it never felt like 'listening' was ever their intent. They just endlessly repeated the same things without giving back anything substantial, even resorting to obvious lies and misinformation. Not to mention the unbelieavable hypocrisy. How could I ignore all that?

Anyway, this isn't the end of the world or anything. I can just work on other stuff. Maybe I'll revive this project somewhere else, in another form.

Again, sorry everyone. I'm grateful you took the time to play the game and hope you enjoyed it at least a little.

Damn, well I just want you to know that your effort on this was still appreciated whether you ultimately decide to come back or not. Take care!

I'm sorry about the ban and feel partly responsible. I do want to say the Admins (actual owners) were much more reasonable than the mods, so the people doing the hit job will not be the people getting the money from publishing with HG. I'd suggest taking some time away and seeing if the itch to write comes back. ChoiceScript is still the easiest way to run (very) necessary bug tests and get published so I recommend them, but if you still don't want to go with them I can help with a Twine port and publishing since I've had to figure out that process anyway.

Thank you anon. And no need to feel responsible, you didn't force me to say anything after all.

I'll consider what to do next, perhaps I'll use this as an opportunity to stop procrastinating (yeah, right) and work on my career instead.

Either way, I wish you luck with Aura Clash. I hope to see it completed one day.

I have a lot of expectations for this one, hopefully the curse of the Isekai IF can be broken with it, also do you have a DC?
